Looking for a casual, welcoming space to connect with other older(50+), single women of faith? Come join this weekly book club and small group! It’s a great chance to get to know one another, share some laughs, and talk honestly about life. We’re going to be reading and chatting through The Ones We Wait For, by Christian author Michael V. Ivanov - the book's message is about "hope for the hopeless, peace for those who have lost loved ones, and perhaps even challenge those who believe heaven is a myth to imagine it." Love, loss, faith and heaven. The book is an easy read and definitely thought provoking. No pressure, very casual, no rigid rules—just a warm group of women supporting each other and growing closer to God together.

In this study, we will discuss certain predetermined scriptures about bread. We will read from two or more different translations, take time individually to paraphrase in our own words and share our thoughts. We will discuss observations or questions. Then we will answer the questions what does this tell us about God, what does this tell us about people and how do we plan to respond to the scripture in the coming week. We will share a different type of bread ( as a snack) each week.

Celebrate Recovery is a group for anyone seeking freedom from hurts, habits, and hang-ups. This fall, we’ll walk through the foundations of Celebrate Recovery together, creating a safe place for people who are struggling while also developing leaders for Mosaic’s larger Celebrate Recovery launch in 2027. Whether you’re navigating addiction, destructive patterns, relational pain, or another area where you need healing and support, you’re welcome.

In this group, we will discuss and exercise our ability to “go and show” our faith in everyday circumstances, as well as explore new opportunities to get out of our comfort zone. We will use the book “Tactics” by Greg Koukl for discussion material. The focus will be more on Mindset rather than head knowledge and we will seek out discussions rather than debates. We will meet at different locations in the Elkridge and surrounding areas in order to physically be in the community and in new places as we discuss the material. If the idea of talking to strangers about anything deeper than the weather makes you uncomfortable, please sign up!

Meet on Saturday mornings in the Mosaic parking lot for an outdoor workout that includes body-weight exercises, running, and the use of weights and other gym equipment. Each workout concludes with shared Scripture, encouragement, and prayer requests.Training alongside other men has helped cultivate discipline physically, spiritually, and mentally—discipline that carries into every area of life.

F3- Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. Come join other men of Mosaic for a peer led weekly workout. Men need authentic relationships with other men who are working to be strong fathers, husbands, and leaders. Isolation will destroy a man! We have the opportunity to change our community and the trajectory of our families. Getting in the best shape of your life is just a by-product. The workout is what draws most men but the relationships, brotherhood and community keeps men coming back! The workout is open to all men, free of charge, always outside, peer led, and ends in a circle of trust.

Whether you're new to Christianity or just want to get back to basics, this group will explore how we can love God with our heart, soul, mind, and strength. We will collaborate on what it looks like for each man to challenge themselves in various spiritual disciplines and hold one another accountable to our goals with truth and grace. The format will be a check-in and a discussion on the past sermon.

We will be using "One Story Family" (onestoryfamily.org) to read, question, and explore together. Join us each Saturday morning at The Children’s Home in Catonsville for a fun, welcoming game of flag football! This group is an opportunity for our Mosaic community to enjoy some friendly competition while building relationships with friends from The Children’s Home. Players of all genders, ages 12 and up, are welcome. Games will begin promptly at 10:00 AM and wrap up around 12:00–12:30 PM, weather permitting. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels included and welcome. We ask everyone who joins us to: Arrive on time and be ready to play at 10:00 AM. Make an effort to include and encourage our friends from The Children’s Home. Prioritize good sportsmanship, friendship, and fun over winning. Next Gen Dads is a weekly small group for dads of middle and high schoolers. Each week we’ll talk through Sunday’s sermon from the perspective of being a dad - what God might be teaching us, how it applies at home, and how we can better love, lead, and stay connected with our kids as they grow. Group will start and end to accommodate middle school Monday night drop off and pickup times.

Churches around the world look to Scripture as the foundation for their faith. Yet many followers of Christ never think to ask why this is the case, leaving them vulnerable to skeptics who claim that Scripture is merely an outdated human invention full of errors. In our day, many consider the Bible to be intolerant, chauvinistic, and ultimately dangerous. In this study, we will learn from Pastor David Platt as he teaches Christians how to have confidence in the Scriptures as the Word of God. He addresses these critical questions, questions that have implications for our lives, for our families, for our churches, and for our mission to the world. The church desperately needs to recover confidence in Scripture’s authority in the midst of a skeptical age.
We all desire sexual integrity, whether it’s for ourselves or for others. As men we struggle with knowing where to start. This group will use the Pure Desire course developed for anyone who wants to find freedom from the effects of unwanted sexual behaviors and betrayal. This course will show how shame and grace affect the healing process, give understanding about addiction and betrayal trauma, and get you started on the path to sexual health.
This group is intended for women who have completed a Crucible or other Soul Work weekend (Liminal, Women’s Revealed etc.). This group is a 16 week commitment of deep soul work continuing to dig deeper into vulnerability, authenticity, honesty and grace via tackling your own inner shadows and your inner gold.

Looking to grow in your faith, build community, and connect with other families? Just us at The Family Table! Each Friday evening, we will gather our young families for food and fellowship. Starting our time together by sharing a meal, followed by time for the young children to play while the married adults gather for discussion centered around Sunday's sermon. Dinner will be provided; we always welcome more to share, but it is not expected or necessary! Childcare is available for a cost (children under 14); we will have 2 mosaic students who volunteer in the preschool hall here to babysit. Divorce sucks, no matter what way you slice it. We often find ourselves carrying around a scarlet D as divorced women. This group is an opportunity to connect others other women who have been through or are going through divorce. While we won’t be doing a specific book, we will explore God’s truth together in a laid back and supportive environment. You will be joining the second Scarlet D group as we have out grown our Tuesday night group. We might meet on different days but we are one community living life on life.

This group isn't going to be a stuffy college class, but instead a group where we'll bring our questions and doubts about God, faith, and the world and see the practical impact of good (and bad) theology in our everyday lives. This group will not be over your head or intimidating. It will be fun and real as we dive into discussions that YOU choose and look to scripture as our guide. The Bible is full of weird and supernatural things, but what does it have to say about Bigfoot? Aliens? Were dinosaurs even real? We’re going to explore these things (and more!), put them up against Scripture, and see what stands and what doesn’t.
