Mount Clare Christian School (MCCS) is a small school in southwest Baltimore serving about 45 students in grades 2–12. It equips students—many with little or no church background—with academic, leadership, and life skills to overcome challenges like poverty, addiction, and violence. Tuition is kept low, and many staff members rely on donations to serve. Mosaic has supported MCCS's work since 2016 through supplies, meals, funding for teacher salaries, and volunteer efforts to maintain and clean the building.

The Wellspring clinic volunteers pour out so much love and care to families in our community, and now it is our turn to spoil them! We are gathering a lively crew to assemble custom appreciation gift bags packed with treats and tokens of our gratitude to thank them for their tireless service.

We’re hitting the streets—literally. We’ll meet in a parking lot off Route 1, pray together, then head out in cars with a prayer guide. You’ll drive to nearby locations impacted by addiction, poverty, and human trafficking and pray from your car over those places and the people affected. It’s simple, but powerful—standing in the gap and asking God to bring real change. If you’ve joined us before, come again; the guide is updated regularly to reflect current community needs.

As part of the Walk & Run Setup Crew, you’ll be behind the scenes helping us transform our venue into a welcoming, energized space for hundreds of runners, walkers, and families supporting Wellspring Life Ministries. By helping us prepare the course and event grounds, you ensure our participants have a safe, seamless, and inspirational experience—directly supporting free medical, counseling, and material care for women and families in our community. What You’ll Be Doing: Course & Route Prep: Setting up directional signage, course markers, and water stations to keep participants safe and on track. Main Area Assembly: Unloading supplies, pitching pop-up tents, setting up tables and chairs for registration, refreshments, and ministry booths. Welcome & Signage: Hanging banners, positioning sponsor signs, and creating a festive atmosphere. Team Coordination: Working alongside fellow volunteers and staff to make sure everything is ready before participants arrive.
