Group Registration: Saturday Morning Yoga
Description:
Come and kick-off your weekends through a morning yoga class designed to help you release tension from your previous week and restore your balance. Open to all levels of yoga experience, this morning practice will incorporate mindful movement for strength building, deep stretching for flexibility and calming breathwork for stress release. We will also spend time centering on God's Word and in reflection and prayer. All are welcome and whether you're exploring faith or simply need a moment of calm, this group is the perfect opportunity to reset and recharge for the weekend ahead.
